Here is a mystery - Not everyone who has no money is poor, nor is everyone who has a lot of funds rich. Jesus said, "Blessed are the poor in Spirit, for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven". That is, blessed are the broken, the desparate, those who freely acknowledge that apart from Jesus they cannot take so much as a single breath. Theirs is the reign and rule of Christ in their hearts.
We will indeed go to the highways and biways. We will find those who are poor in Spirit, and fellowship with them. But only by the Holy Spirit shall we find them. Some may not have any money, but they like their lives as they are. Others may have money, but have fallen upon the Cross and have denied themselves. May He grant us discernment.
